With our re-branding intitiative we continue to evolve as a leader in providing an outstanding hospitality experience to travelers seeking a hotel alternative and we are confident that our new brand message will produce greater global recognition for corporate housing in the wider hospitality market. We continue to advance technology that’s focused on revenue contribution and distribution. Additionally, we opened flagship properties in New York and Chicago, which maintain high occupancy rates.
I believe that one reason that we received this award is that we truly believe in Corporate Housing! We recognize our vital role as a houseware provider; we do not feel that we just provide linens and housewares. We look at our service as the icing on the cake, and we want the icing to be delicious! We are consistently improving quality standards and hope that by so doing we can assist in improving the reputation of Corporate Housing and making it easier for Corporate Housing Providers to secure business.

Compass Furnished Apartments won the most creative marketing award based on our cutting edge website and our complete embrace of social media. The results speak for themselves. Through our marketing campaigns we have very quickly become one of the most recognized and sought after furnished housing companies in our territories in the Northeastern United States. Territories in which some of the largest, oldest and well known corporate housing companies are our direct competition.
Paragon believes business owners can make smart decisions for the bottom line that are also environmentally friendly. We have found ways to meet both needs. This is a strong message for all business owners. What we do is not a secret. We are happy to share with and learn from others. We believe that through a collective effort, we can make a difference for our company, our environment, and the corporate housing industry. Our suitability for this award has been confirmed by the City of Richland, Washington, who named Paragon the 2010 Green Business of the Year.
This year because of CWS, a family was able to receive presents from Santa after suffering the tragic loss of their mother. Throughout the year people in need received meals, coats, blankets, shoes, fans, handbags, household goods, and funds all through the collaboration of our employees working with charities. By serving as an example of corporate giving, CWS has inspired other companies to join the BRIDGE program. This year CWS succeeded in our mission, “inspired people creating extraordinary experiences” and for that reason we feel we should humbly accept the award for Best Community/Philanthropic program for our work with BRIDGE.
