Our vision is to promote corporate housing as a recognized and respected industry globally. Current initiatives are focused to seize CHPA's Envisioned Future; "the corporate housing industry will achieve maximum market share and profitability through our member's success."

Over the next year, the CHPA Board of Directors and CHPA committees continually strive to produce results in the following areas:

• Collaboration, Affiliation, Partnerships
  • Build stronger relationships between members.
    
  • Create additional value for Association members.
    
  • Enhance the value of membership to all CHPA members by developing relationships to related industries/associations.
  
  
• Membership - To attract new members, retain members and enhance member benefits.
  
  
• Education -To provide CHPA members with quality, valued and easily accessible education and training to help them operate their businesses more efficiently and profitably. This includes the industry’s first-ever Certification Program, scheduled to be released February of 2006.
  
  
• Communication -To grow awareness of the industry by being the leading source of information on corporate housing.

How do you become part of the future?

CHPA's committees actively participate in making CHPA's envisioned future a reality. Each committee focuses on strategies to meet the above goals and enhance the Association's programs and services.

• To better meet member needs, the Association's programs and services are continually reviewed, as well as new initiatives implemented.
  
  
• Annually, CHPA staff and volunteer leaders review and update the plan as we achieve these goals and identify new horizons.
