Examination Content

The certification examination has 100 multiple-choice questions to be completed in two hours and tests three domains of knowledge:

• Operations

• Financial Management

• Marketing and Sales

Eligibility Requirements to become a Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP)

To sit for the Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP) examination, you must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED

• Have a minimum of two years experience in the corporate housing or related industry (e.g., hotels, property management, real estate, relocation)

• Read and sign the CHPA Code of Ethics Statement

Exam Preparation and Cost

The CCHP Test Outline Handbook contains reference materials for the CCHP examination. This compilation of relevant articles and resources is available from the CHPA office. The Test Outline Handbook is available directly from the CHPA Office.

Upon approval of your application, resource materials will be sent directly to you from the CHPA office in mid-December.
