The Corporate Housing Information and Performance (CHIP) Monthly Data System is an online monthly data system, available only to and supported by CHPA members. The system provides monthly reporting in key metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) throughout North America. CHIP gives members access to market performance data to make strategic decisions based on real-time data such as average daily rates (ADR), units, occupants and rent.
