Awareness Goals – to engage as an association

1.       To determine top 3 target audiences critical with which to connect by 2/15/13.

 

2.       To reevaluate ‘corporate housing’ as a brand v. temporary apartments/furnished apartments, etc., by 1/31/13.

 

3.       To engage with top 3 target audiences 7 times in 2013.

 

 

 Content Management & Delivery (Education) Goals

1.       To identify top 10 subject matter areas by 1/31/13.

 

2.       To identify 3 delivery points (webinars, blog, etc.) for each subject area for 2013, 2014 and 2015 by 3/31/13.

 

3.       To identify internal and external subject matter experts for each area by 6/1/13.

 

4.       To develop an annual review and update process of current resources (best practices, etc.) by 3/31/13.

 

 

Collaborations/Connections (direct member engagement) Goals

1.       To provide at least 2 opportunities for member engagement in top 3 target audiences in 2013.

 

2.       To invite potential stakeholders in top 3 target audiences to CHPA events in 2013.

 

3.       To engage 80% of members in an activity in 2013.

  • Hold 22 Network Connection events throughout North America in 2013
  • Hold at least 2 regional conferences in 2013.
  • Set up regular dialogues/forums to get member feedback.
  • Identify Canadian locations, facilitators and sponsors for 2013 events.
