LONDON - 20th December 2007 - BridgeStreet Worldwide, a leading international provider of serviced apartments, has been awarded a 15-year management agreement by Harcourt Developments for Liberty Apartments - a 63-unit property located in St. Helier, Jersey.  The management agreement for Liberty Apartments represents BridgeStreet Worldwide's continued commitment to expand its global portfolio of purpose-built and operated serviced apartment properties.

Situated in Liberty Wharf, at the heart of Jersey's waterfront revitalisation, the building project is scheduled for completion in April 2008. The area's flourishing business community and affluent leisure travelers have resulted in a growing demand for serviced apartments. Guests of Liberty Apartments by BridgeStreet Worldwide will enjoy stylish, fully furnished apartments in an ideal location with convenient access to shopping, dining and entertainment options.

"We are extremely excited to have been Harcourt Developments' first choice as serviced apartment operators for Liberty Apartments" said Max Thorne, BridgeStreet Worldwide's vice president of development EMEA. "We hope this will be the first of many projects whereby Harcourt and BridgeStreet Worldwide can continue to partner."

BridgeStreet Worldwide operates a number of different management models which are designed to be flexible and unique to each property and owner. "We assist in developing and initiating a business model to achieve the owner's objectives" said Thorne. "We continuously evaluate the performance of individual assets to maximize their profitability and yield."

"We are delighted to have entered into a management contract with BridgeStreet Worldwide" said Pat Power, director of Harcourt Developments. "As a leading serviced apartment operator throughout Europe and around the globe, BridgeStreet Worldwide has an established reputation for increasing revenues and improving asset value - this made them a convincing choice to manage Liberty Apartments"

Stephen Izatt, Managing Director, Waterfront Enterprise Board also highlighted the benefits the apartments will bring to the area. "Serviced apartments are an important part of the user mix in Liberty Wharf. They will add to the vibrancy of the waterfront area as well as providing a great service for visitors to the island. The provision of local jobs is also a welcomed benefit to the area."

Churchill Corporate Services Announces New Corporate Housing Office in Miami

Continues to Expand Its Presence in Corporate Housing Markets

(January 30, 2007) Churchill Corporate Services, Inc. has announced the opening of its newest office, located in Miami, Fla. The Miami office has been established to meet the increased demand for corporate housing and furniture rental services in South Florida.

For more than 30 years, Churchill Corporate Services has provided relocation services and established a strong reputation for quality, personalized service and exceptional value in the furnished housing and furniture rental marketplace.

Fueling the company's aggressive pattern of expansion in the Southeast is Churchill's recent acquisition of D&D Corporate Housing, Inc., of Miami, a well-respected temporary housing provider. Richard Delgado, former president of D&D, joins Churchill as Senior Vice President as does Leah Delgado as Vice President of Business Development. The former staff of D&D brings years of experience in Florida's corporate housing market to Churchill's already-impressive roster of industry professionals.

The opening of its newest Miami office follows other recent office expansions by Churchill in the past year, including Washington DC, Philadelphia and Boston, further strengthening their leading presence throughout the east coast.

“ Miami is an attractive location for many national and international companies to relocate or expand their operations,” noted Yudel Kahan, president of Churchill Corporate Services. “Our new offices will serve businesses and individuals in need of the same high-quality short-term and long-term accommodations that our customers have come to expect from Churchill.”

The Delgados bring extensive industry experience and are already tracking successes for Churchill. They are spearheading the efforts of expanding Churchill's direct landlord relationships with various properties throughout the Miami area including The Crown at Miami Beach , Aventine at Miramar, Beach Club and Intracoastal Yacht Club.

“Miami is an especially important market for our business, and we see it as a catalyst for strategic growth for the company,” continued Kahan. “In addition, we will continue to pursue other growth markets while we bring the highest level of service to our current clients.”
