Network Connection Task Force

• To engage members locally and increase membership in CHPA.

Recruitment & Retention Task Force

• To support recruitment and retention campaigns, as organized by staff, including Network Connection events.
• To retain and engage current members in Association activities and initiatives (for example, Ambassador campaign).

Conference Task Force

• To create a strong networking and educational annual event.

CCHP Task Force

• To update and support certification program.

Webinars Task Force

• To advise on webinar topics/speakers for the next 6 months.

Industry Data Task Force

• To educate members on how to better use data.

Industry Growth & Collaboration Committee

• To identify potential new markets and new member segments.
• To advise on collaborative efforts with other industries.
• To help members compete effectively against other lodging segments for new markets.

Communications Committee

• To focus on external communications to increase visibility of industry.
• To act as review group/sounding board in creation of resources to support member communications with various external audiences. 

Revenue Committee

• To review what the Association does, solely focused on generating new ideas.
• To brainstorm ways to drive revenue for the Association, reviewing industry trends as opportunities to drive new program development.
