Providers, are you looking for a way to connect with associate partner companies and conference exhibitors who can help you successfully create an exceptional guest experience? Associate partners, are you looking to expand your business network and generate new leads? Look no further than CHPA’s Business Exchange! 

The Business Exchange, returning in 2020, serves as an opportunity to connect providers and associate partners/exhibitors in one-on-one meetings. Depending on what you are looking for, we have opportunities for everyone. The Business Exchange will take place on February 25, 2020 from 3:15 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Application Timeline

  • January 31, 2020 – Application Deadline for Providers and Associate Partner/Exhibitors
  • February 3, 2020 – Ranking Survey sent to Providers and Associate Partner/Exhibitors
  • February 10, 2020 – Ranking Survey Deadline
  • February 17, 2020 – Appointment Schedules Sent to Providers and Associate Partner/Exhibitors

Providers

As a provider participant in the Business Exchange, you’ll have the opportunity to sit down with our associate partners and exhibitors to learn how their services and solutions can help you to solve some of your challenges and help you to provide the best guest experience possible. For your time, you’ll also receive the following benefits:

  • A $250 conference reimbursement (to assist with hotel, lodging and travel costs)
  • 1 complimentary Closing Industry Event ticket 
  • $25 gift card to be used at hotel coffee shop
  • Food and beverage during the Business Exchange

There is no fee to participate as a provider member, but if selected we will ask for a $100 refundable deposit to secure your spot.

Associate Partners & Exhibitors

As an associate partner/exhibitor participant, you’ll have the opportunity to share your services and solutions and how those can help providers to deliver exceptional experiences for their guests. 

Our program this year is expecting to bring 20 providers to the table, and all participating associate partners and exhibitors are given at least 5 meetings with 8 meetings maximum. Each one-on-one meeting with a provider is 8 minutes long, giving you enough time to scratch the surface and open up opportunities for future discussions. 

There is a $500 fee to participate as an associate partner/exhibitor. This fee goes to support the incentives given to our provider members as both a thank you for their time and as a way to ensure their attendance at your scheduled meetings. The fee is collected once you are selected to participate in the program.
