Jen Collins Ritter is an Assistant Marketing Manager for Lodging within the Institutional North America division of Ecolab. She holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, an MFA in Performing Arts Management from the University of North Carolina, School of the Arts and a BA in Theater from the University of Minnesota.
Ben Conway, MSTM, is a Principal Technical Account Specialist on the Institutional Corporate Account Technical Service Team. He provides technical expertise to Global Lodging, Global Marine, LTC, and Government & Education Sales customers and has taken a primary role in consulting on product and procedure recommendations related to COVID-19. He has a BS in Biochemistry, an MS in Technology Management, and has held various RD&E focused roles in his >12 years at Ecolab.
