How to Take Control of Telecommunication Logistics & Add a Little Extra to the Bottom Line

Are telecommunications logistics a hassle in your market? Are monthly cable & internet bills cutting into your profit margin? If you answered yes to either of these questions (or both), join us for a brief introduction on how to cut the cord and stream your television programming. Learn how to provide a similar television option and a platform for your guests to access their subscription services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) while in temporary housing – simultaneously increasing customer satisfaction and your bottom line.

About Our Presenter

Andy Mixan, Omaha Corporate Housing

Andy Mixan is one-third of the three-headed monster that is Omaha Corporate Housing (OCH). He currently lives just south of Omaha with his wife and three children. His main duties with OCH are marketing and sales, but as a small provider, he is a jack of all trades. His team began cutting the cord out of frustration with a local telecommunications company, and it has become an obsession. At this time, the cords in over 60% of the units in the OCH inventory have been successfully cut.

Prior to joining the Omaha Corporate Housing team, Andy was a community banker for nearly a decade and had a brief stint in marketing and sales for a large railroad company. He is also a licensed realtor in the Omaha area.
