Sponsored Reception/Event Request for 2020 Annual Conference

Thank you for your interest in hosting a sponsored reception or event at the 2020 Annual Conference in Austin, TX. In order for our staff to provide our hotel team with the most detailed information and to ensure the requested reception or event does not conflict with the CHPA schedule of events, we ask that you complete the below form. A CHPA staff member will review and then put you in touch with the hotel once approved. Please note these requests are received and reviewed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
