Pinnacle Furnished Suites is making a tradition out of appearing on the Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, with their second straight appearance. With Matt Singley and Collin Walker at the helm, the team at Pinnacle Furnished Suites offers innovative technology-driven full service furnished housing expanding into multiple markets including Chicago, Nashville, and Nationwide. In 2019 Pinnacle ranked 1992th after an impressive placement at No. 159 in 2018.
The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. The 2019 Inc. 5000 list is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2015 and 2018. To qualify, companies must be privately owned, established in 2015 or before, have minimum revenue for 2015 of $100,000, and minimum for 2018 of $2 million.

We’ve seen our business grow and our team grow along with it adding new team members and offices while maintaining our standard of guest satisfaction” said Matt Singley, managing director and co-founder. “Our company’s success is directly tied to our talented and dedicated team that supports our clients' every need. We will continue to look for ways to innovate within the industry providing an uncompromised living space for our clients.”
Pinnacle Furnished Suites was founded in 2014 with the goal of providing clients with a more streamlined and tech-forward approach to finding and renting fully furnished apartments. Pinnacle is headquartered in Chicago, with recent expansion and the addition of a regional office in Nashville, and the ability to offer fully furnished hassle-free living nationwide.
“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 have followed so many different paths to success,” says Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “There’s no single course you can follow or investment you can take that will guarantee this kind of spectacular growth.
