CANADIAN ADVISORY GROUP LEADERS
Randy Williams, Premiere Suites, Canadian Advisory Group Managing Director
Williams holds a long and successful career in hospitality, travel and tourism. He has more than 20 years experience as a hotel GM, GM of the Year for national hotel company, opening GM for two properties, 10 years representing tourism/travel interests to 3 Prime Ministers, 8 years Destination Marketing and tourism development and 2 years Corporate Housing. He served as Director or Chair of over 30 different industry Boards & is a recognized expert in hospitality and tourism. His strengths are tourism advocacy and government relations; marketing; sales; board governance; leadership and change management. He believes the biggest challenges facing the industry are education/awareness and advocacy, and that an effective and consistent communication strategy is needed.
Michelle White,CCHP, Today Living Group, Canadian Advisory Group
Michelle White is a member of the Canadian Advisory Committee for CHPA. She has served on the Canadian board for seven years including five years as President. Michelle has spoken at conferences such as CERC, CHPA, and the Toronto Condo Show. Recently, she appeared on the Real Estate talk show in numerous episodes and was featured as an industry expert on all TV episodes of the MONDO CONDO show. Michelle has also been published in the Canadian Real Estate magazine.
Michelle has 28 years of experience in the condominium/hospitality sectors. She started 15 years ago working with Del Condominium Rentals Inc during which time she also created and founded Delsuites Inc. She then launched Today Living Group Inc (TLG) which services clients across Canada and the US in Corporate housing, relocation sectors and property management. TLG specializes in creating solutions, simplifying, streamlining processes and providing "local one point of contact" for all clients. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are what makes TLG so successful.

CHPA members include corporate housing providers around the world. As the voice of the corporate housing/executive suites industry in Canada, CHPA’s Canadian members offer educational, informational and networking opportunities to corporate housing providers across the country.
The Canadian members of CHPA provide companies with insight and resources to stay competitive in a continually evolving industry in Canada. Current initiatives focus on achieving the following strategic goals:
- Membership Development – increasing the number of Canadian member companies in CHPA.
- Member Engagement – facilitating educational and informational meetings across Canada.
- Industry Awareness – increasing awareness of the industry in Canada and communicating to key target audiences.
