Convido Corporate Housing Strengthens Ties with the Talent Mobility Industry

The Australian corporate housing and talent mobility industries will be working together more closely this year, through collaborative events made possible by a new partnership between Convido Corporate Housing (Convido) and The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi).

Convido and TEMi will be launching events around the country in July, to give corporate housing and talent mobility professionals the opportunity to connect and collaborate on current opportunities and challenges facing the industries.

For more than 25 years, Convido has been a market leader in extended stay accommodation, with the world’s most renowned companies entrusting Convido to accommodate their corporate needs across Australia, the Philippines, and New Zealand.

TEMi is the Australasian region’s professional development body for talent mobility professionals.

Convido Managing Director, Mary Tsaganas, said Convido was proud to play a role in connecting the two sectors, which work so closely together to settle traveling and relocating corporates.

“Corporate housing plays a pivotal role in talent mobility programs, helping to deliver cost-efficiencies and job satisfaction for staying talent, through streamlined administration and attractive lifestyle opportunities. Our sectors are transforming rapidly in response to new ways of working, immigration legislation and greater recognition of the impact employee experience can have on retention. These events, in partnership with TEMi, will provide organisations from across the supply chain with the opportunity to open up dialogue on how we can continue to evolve alongside each other, to deliver long-term value for organisations.”

TEMi Founder Deborah de Cerff said TEMi was pleased to continue supporting talent mobility professionals through collaborative events such as these.

“We know that knowledge sharing and collaboration are catalysts for innovation and look forward to delivering these events, to help facilitate creative, holistic workforce management solutions.”

Deborah de Cerff and Mary Tsaganas are available for interviews, photo and vision opportunities. Please contact Catherine Miller to arrange a time.

The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi) is the Australasian talent mobility industry’s professional development body. TEMi delivers training, networking and educational resources for global workforce management professionals. TEMi also produces the Australasian Mobile Workforce Awards program. The program sees involvement from local and multinational organisations from across Australasia each year.
