Tyler Nicol set to accelerate the global infrastructure rollout and integration of the $10M SuiteAlliance technology ecosystem.

SuiteAmerica, a leader in global corporate housing and destination services technology, today announced the appointment of Tyler Nicol as director of global supply chain. The move signals a major strategic shift as the 36-year operator transitions into an industry infrastructure provider, following an eight-year, million investment in its proprietary technology stack.

Nicol joins SuiteAmerica to ensure flawless onboarding and integration of 160 partner operators to SuiteAlliance ecosystem, a proprietary, API-driven technology stack designed to eliminate the fragmentation currently limiting the corporate housing market. He will also further and enhance the infrastructure’s “battle-tested” operational standards.

Nicol brings 15 years of industry experience to the role, with a specialized background in global supply chain management and client fulfillment. He most recently served as Director of Client Fulfillment at AvenueWest Managed Corporate Housing, following a decade-long tenure at 3SIXTY Global Tech. During his time at 3SIXTY, Nicol rose to Director of Global Services–Americas/LATAM, where he was recognized for his ability to manage complex supply chains and maintain rigorous service levels across diverse international markets.

A graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management, Nicol is a Corporate Housing Provider Association (CHPA) Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP). He has been recognized with the “Most Collaborative” award from industry provider Reside and holds multiple certifications in supply chain foundations and process improvement.
