This recognition comes just months after PCH was also named Company of the Year by the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) in February 2026, marking back to back industry recognition from two of the most respected organizations in corporate housing and global mobility.

• Operational Excellence: PCH enhanced its internal quality loop and technology integrations, helping improve guest satisfaction scores to 4.92 out of 5.
• Sustainability Innovation: The company expanded its industry first Stay Sustainability Report Card and actively supported standardized carbon reporting initiatives within the corporate housing sector.
• Crisis Response Capability: PCH continued to provide rapid deployment housing during emergencies and complex relocations, including protecting partner relationships by carrying significant financial exposure to ensure guests remained housed.
