TheSquare, a global serviced apartment provider operating in more than 900 cities worldwide, has appointed industry veteran, Robin Spindel, as Head of Marketing. She joins the leadership team to build brand recognition and market share as the company continues its international expansion.

Spindel brings more than 20 years of hospitality marketing leadership with specialised expertise in corporate housing, global mobility and business travel. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Global Marketing at Synergy Global Housing, where she led the company’s global brand transformation, repositioning Synergy from a US centric organization into a recognized international market leader. Prior to Synergy, she served as Executive Vice President of Marketing at Furnished Quarters, where she helped lead a period of transformational growth that saw the company’s revenue double during her tenure, further strengthening its competitive position within the marketplace.

Spindel is widely recognized as an active contributor to the corporate housing and global mobility industries. She was named the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) Individual of the Year in 2025 and is a frequent speaker, moderator and contributor at industry conferences and events. She is actively involved with organizations including CHPA, GBTA, FEM and NYCORP, where she regularly participates in thought leadership, educational programming and industry collaboration.

The appointment comes as TheSquare invests in its brand and marketing function to support its next phase of growth.

Spindel will make her first in-person appearance for the company at the GBTA Convention, held 3–5 August 2026 at McCormick Place, Chicago – the business travel industry’s largest annual gathering.
