ABA – IDEAL Re-Engages with ISAAP Certification
ABA – IDEAL Corporate Housing (ABA) to re-engage with ISAAP Certification in April 2025.
ISAAP relaunched its bespoke certification for providers of Corporate Housing at the beginning of 2024. Our certification is the only true gauge that independently and impartially measures the quality of corporate housing companies’ accommodation product (suites) nationally and internationally.
ABA President, Frank Laufer, met with ISAAP CEO, Steve Martin, at Connect25 to commence the re-engagement process. ABA operates over 150 suites across New York City. Mr. Laufer said about ISAAP:
‘We are happy to re-engage with ISAAP. In recent years, there has been a large influx of unvetted and lower quality furnished apartment providers in the New York City Marketplace. By re-engaging with ISAAP, ABA will be able to differentiate its offerings from other lesser quality providers in the market. Although, pricing is an important issue for many companies, few are willing to sacrifice quality and put their employees in a lower grade property. To this extent, ABA will be able to demonstrate its high quality standards for both its apartments and properties they are located in. Most of ABA’s properties have high level amenities, including washer dryers in unit, swimming pools and gyms in the building and are centrally located.
The ISAAP NACH Base 1 process will take place across ABA’s suites during the second half of April, and we hope very much to be able to confirm successful certification at the end of that month.
