Business evolution: In a niche market like mid-term rentals, AvenueWest has been proactive- evolving with industry trends. During the Covid-19 pandemic, when corporate travel halted, we assisted corporate clients and their employees in relocating from urban centers to safer environments. Then, as cities began to impose stricter short-term rental regulations, we capitalized on the opportunity to expand our premium mid-term rental portfolio. This strategy continues to drive sustainable growth and reinforces our dual customer approach. While prioritizing human-first customer service, we also integrate innovative technology to stay ahead of market demands and client needs. That adaptability and evolution is why AvenueWest has remained a leader in corporate housing. Over the past three years, AvenueWest has expanded to 18 offices across the U.S. and properties in over 200 cities worldwide.
