About The Awards
Awards and Criteria
Selected by the CHPA Board of Directors, this is the highest honor CHPA bestows. The award recognizes a professional whose long-term vision, service and accomplishments have profoundly shaped the corporate housing and serviced accommodation industry, celebrating sustained leadership and influence over at least ten years.
Awarded across four revenue tiers, this honor celebrates top-performing corporate housing providers and agencies. Winner companies demonstrate success and innovation through new programs, process improvements, industry engagement and impactful contributions to the corporate housing sector at local, national and international levels.
This award recognizes breakthrough advancements by members annually. It celebrates innovative solutions, from new technologies to process enhancements, that solve pressing industry challenges with measurable positive results and integration into company operations.

Tower of Excellence FAQs
Your company may submit as many applications as you would like. There is no fee to submit an award application, only the time and energy you need to put into a thoughtful application.
Award submissions are reviewed by a distinguished judging panel composed of client representatives, fellow non-profit association professionals, collaborative organization leaders and individuals familiar with our industry’s best practices. This diverse group ensures that each entry is viewed from a broad, informed perspective. Awards are evaluated objectively according to clearly defined criteria, with every submission weighed carefully on its own merits and provided information. This approach upholds fairness and recognizes genuine achievement across the corporate housing community.
No. The process is managed by CHPA staff and other members do not have access to any of this information, including the CHPA Board of Directors. Any financial information submitted is kept confidential. In the future, we may ask winner to share information about their application, but what they choose to share is their decision.
No, the winners are announced at Connect, CHPA’s signature event typically held each February.
