Connections That Count: Why Connect27 Belongs on Your Calendar
We’ve all heard the adage that people want to do business with those they know, like and trust. This business proverb certainly rings true in the corporate housing industry, where trust is an essential component when placing your guest’s experience in the hands of another provider. What better way to expand your network with other like-minded corporate housing professionals than by attending the industry’s premier conference, CHPA Connect27?
As chair of CHPA Connect27, I’d like to personally invite you to join us in sunny Orlando, Florida, at Caribe Royale from January 31 through February 3, 2027. This year’s conference will feature the largest exhibit hall space we’ve ever had, along with convenient, nearby locations for our general and breakout sessions.
Our general session speakers will bring plenty of energy, beginning with our Connect27 emcee, DJ Will Gill, who will deliver our opening keynote and keep the momentum going throughout the conference. Louis Gravance will help us transform the customer experience by teaching us how to use service as a superpower during our Tuesday morning general session. On Wednesday morning, our dueling economists, Jeremy Bess and Patrick Luce, will help us make sense of the global economy and its specific impact on the corporate housing industry, all while making a data-driven presentation lively and fun.
We have several excellent educational breakout sessions planned, along with a robust schedule of Marketplace Mini Sessions in the exhibit hall. These educational sessions will focus on relevant topics and challenges facing the corporate housing industry, with content applicable to member companies of all sizes and experience levels. We’ve also built ample time and space into the schedule for private meetings and networking activities.
We’ll kick off our scheduled activities on Sunday with the annual Mat Was Memorial Golf Tournament at Mystic Dunes Golf Club in Orlando. Not a golfer? We have you covered with the opportunity to tour Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral.
Monday morning will begin with the third annual Mark Milani Move & Mingle, followed by an opportunity to earn your accreditation with an on-site CCHP examination. We’ll also host our first-ever CCHP reception, giving newly minted CCHPs the chance to celebrate alongside those who already hold the accreditation.
The afternoon will feature two workshops, a speed networking session and a new member reception before leading into our opening general session. We’ll cap off the day with the kickoff networking reception in the exhibit hall, featuring a Move For Hunger meal kit packing activity.
Tuesday will be a full day of education, with breakout sessions beginning in the morning. We’ll take a break for our general session and lunch before educational programming continues throughout the afternoon. The highly anticipated Tower of Excellence Awards Reception and Dinner will round out the day.
Wednesday, our final day of the conference, will feature more breakout sessions and Marketplace Mini Sessions, followed by the closing keynote address from our economist duo. Don’t make plans to fly out Wednesday afternoon, though, because we have some great local experiences planned to cap off Connect27. Attendees can choose between the Urban Sips Orlando Brewery Tour and an Everglades Alligator Airboat Tour.
Our host resort, Caribe Royale, is conveniently located near Orlando’s Disney parks and is just a short Uber or resort shuttle ride from Disney Springs. The resort features an incredible outdoor pool area, multiple bars and restaurants, and modern, updated guest suites. It’s the perfect location to add a family trip to the front or back end of Connect27.
