Maintaining the highest standards of industry ethics is fundamental to CHPA’s mission and credibility. To uphold this commitment, CHPA has established a formal grievance process to address cases where a member company is believed to have violated the Code of Ethics. When violations are verified and the member company is found responsible by the Board of Directors, CHPA is required to publish disciplinary actions, ensuring transparency and accountability within the industry.
