The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) is pleased to announce Mitch Smith, CCHP, president of Home Street Serviced Apartments, has been appointed as chair of the CHPA Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2026. Mitch has served on the board since 2022, and served on the Executive Committee since 2024.

With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate housing industry, Mitch’s extensive knowledge and years of dedicated service on the board make him well-prepared to step into this leadership role. He is ready to build on the strong momentum of leadership from 2025, continuing to drive CHPA’s strategic initiatives forward. Through his collaboration with CHPA members, his peer board members and strong partnership with CHPA staff, he is excited to guide the Association into its next chapter.

Mitch succeeds Michelle White, CCHP, president of Today Living Group, in the role of chair. As chair, Mitch will lead efforts to support CHPA member companies and strengthen the corporate housing industry. Drawing on his experience and expertise, he will help drive key decisions and strategic initiatives to advance the association’s goals.
