Corporate Housing Providers Association Welcomes New Director of Credentialing
The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Moore, CAE as its new Director of Credentialing. In this role, Lisa will provide strategic leadership and operational management for CHPA’s Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP) and Company Accreditation programs. CHPA’s credentialing programs demonstrate a commitment to higher operational standards while establishing confidence in both organizations and the professionals who represent them.

In this position, Lisa will lead the evolution and expansion of CHPA’s certification and accreditation initiatives, further strengthening their impact and reach,” said Michelle White, CCHP, CHPA Chair. “As the global voice of corporate housing, CHPA provides credentials that are essential to elevating industry awareness and professionalism. With the continued expansion of the short-term rental market and the emergence of the ‘mid-term rental’ category, raising the bar is more important than ever. These credentials clearly distinguish CHPA members and credentialed companies as trusted, compliant, and service-oriented—key factors in client retention, policy credibility and long-term industry sustainability. Her work has consistently focused on building credible, well-structured programs that support participant growth and long-term organizational value. Moore’s background has equipped her with a strong foundation in program integrity, stakeholder engagement and strategic oversight, all of which are essential to advancing CHPA’s Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP) and Company Accreditation programs and strengthening their recognition across the corporate housing industry.
