Corporate Stays is providing digital nomads, corporate workers and frequent travelers an exciting and new opportunity. The company has introduced a CS Passport, their first monthly housing subscription plan. For one flat monthly rate, the passport allows guests to work and move freely between Canadian cities and Corporate Stays’ residences.

“The pandemic has changed the way of life for many people. Everyone is working remotely and sometimes a change of scene for work is necessary. Whether you’re a business traveller or a digital nomad, the CS Passport is an ideal solution” says CEO Vladimir Suarez. The monthly subscription plan allows guests to spend 3-6 months between Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Ottawa, Quebec City, Halifax, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg.

Corporate Stays has over 500 apartments across the country, therefore there are many options to choose from. The CS passport allows guests to stay at a studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment, which are located in prime locations of every Canadian city. Monthly rates vary upon unit type, but they range between $2,200 and $3,000 CDN. Given the circumstances of the pandemic, the minimum length of stays differ in every location due to city and building COVID regulations.

The apartments are fully equipped with kitchen essentials, appliances and are furnished by Corporate Stay’s sister company, Casa Suarez. The monthly subscription plan covers all utility costs and every apartment features high speed internet. To complete your working space, Home Office Kits with office furniture and devices are also available upon request for an additional fee.

The CS Passport allows guests to save time and money. They will have access to 24/7 support from the concierge team and in-property upgrades like grocery delivery services. Corporate Stays looks forward to accommodating their guests with this unique housing subscription plan.
