VP Sales Corporate Housing, Haven Housing Solutions

Juliet has recently joined Haven Housing Solutions to develop and grow corporate housing, working with founders Cory Yoviene, CEO, and Merrick Kovatch, COO, who founded the business in January 2023. The business was started due to the gap in the marketplace for furnished or unfurnished housing for insurance and government stays, helping provide accommodations for displaced families and government personnel.

Juliet is an experienced sales and marketing professional specializing in the international Corporate Housing sector, relocation, and travel industry. Her successful career is a testament to her ability to deliver impressive results whilst remaining focused on providing an exceptional standard of customer service.

Delivering a seamless experience supporting duty of care and a stress-free experience, Haven Housing is now launching into the Corporate Housing sector with competitive offerings throughout the U.S. The company specializes in providing scalable accommodation solutions, from single-unit placements to large-scale operations exceeding 3,000 units. Offerings include both furnished and unfurnished options, tailored to meet the dynamic and evolving requirements of clients.

 

Cory Yoviene

Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Haven Housing Solutions

Cory Yoviene is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Haven Housing Solutions. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing, Cory began his career as a Territory Manager and advanced to oversee National Accounts for more than 20 multi- family management groups across the United States.

Blending sales expertise with real estate operations experience, Cory has partnered with many of the nation’s top 100 multifamily management organizations, leading high-level negotiations and building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers. His ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions has been central to his success.

At Haven Housing, Cory applies these strengths to drive growth, develop new business opportunities, and ensure the company continues to deliver exceptional housing solutions nationwide. Based in San Diego, California, he enjoys surfing, tennis, skiing, and hiking.

 

Merrick Kovatch

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, Haven Housing Solutions

Merrick Kovatch is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Haven Housing Solutions. He earned his degree in Marine Engineering from SUNY Maritime College and holds an Unlimited Tonnage Engineer’s License from the United States Coast Guard. Merrick also serves as an officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve.

Beginning his career as an engineering officer in the U.S. Merchant Marine, Merrick gained extensive experience managing complex operations in high- pressure environments aboard commercial vessels around the world. He brings that same precision, leadership, and problem-solving mindset to Haven Housing, where he focuses on optimizing systems, streamlining operations, and exceeding client expectations.

Outside of work, Merrick enjoys traveling, surfing, freediving, and exploring the outdoors. He currently resides in Frankford, Delaware.
