The CHPA Board of Directors is composed of experienced industry leaders who bring diverse expertise and a shared commitment to guiding CHPA’s vision and strategic direction. As the governing body of CHPA, the Board plays a critical role in shaping policies, advocating for members and ensuring the delivery of impactful programs and services. Through their leadership and collaborative governance, the Board empowers CHPA to remain at the forefront of innovation and professionalism in the corporate housing industry, directly influencing CHPA’s growth and the success of its members.
As dictated by CHPA’s governing documents, the Board of Directors consists of 12 members, comprising eight provider members, two agency members and two associate partner members. The officers of CHPA are the Chair, Vice Chair and the Secretary/Treasurer. The officers, joined by the Immediate Past Chair, serve as the Executive Committee.
