Irvine, Calif., June 28, 2022—Month2Month, an innovative housing platform offering beautifully furnished single-family homes with flexible rental terms and other matched professional services, announced that Toni Andell and Richard Auer joined our Month2Month team.
Toni has been tasked to lead our sales team to grow global business partnerships, develop new business opportunities and drive revenue. Richard’s primary duties include developing and implementing heightened service, operational, and quality standards and processes. Toni Andell has worked in the temporary housing industry for over 25 years and is passionate about providing customer-centric solutions to her clients. She started her career with Oakwood Worldwide and was part of the start-up team for their expansion into the Asia and UK markets, and after that was responsible for creating and leading their insurance housing division. Toni also worked with other temporary accommodation leaders including THD (Temporary Housing
Directory), and RESIDE 3Sixty, assisting each company to grow its footprint both nationally and globally.
With decades of experience in the logistics and the hospitality industry, Richard Auer is a seasoned, resourceful expert in operations and products with prior experience working with Marriott and Hilton. Richard always makes sure that guests enjoy their stays by implementing rigorous standards of products and services.
