They join Laura Pifer, VP of Business Development, to help drive the company’s continued expansion and innovation across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

Kristi Saluga brings over 15 years of experience in Global Mobility and holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. She is widely recognized for her subject matter expertise in relocation and her deep understanding of the corporate housing industry. Known for her positive impact across the field, Kristi builds strong relationships through thoughtful communication and strategic insight. As a trusted advisor, she brings a valuable balance of client advocacy and business perspective that strengthens Paragon’s ability to serve individuals and companies during times of transition.
Jessalyne Dixon is a thoughtful creative with a background in visual communications, interior design, marketing, and graphic design. With five years in the corporate housing industry, she brings an observant, intentional approach to her work as Director of Marketing. Known for her attention to detail and ability to see the bigger picture, Jessalyne is focused on crafting experiences that feel considered, personal, and aligned with Paragon’s values, both for guests and the team behind the scenes.
Laura Pifer, who recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with Paragon, brings 10 years of industry experience and a well-earned reputation for building strong client relationships. Her leadership style and deep understanding of the corporate housing space have made her a trusted presence for clients, partners, and colleagues alike. She continues to be a key voice in the industry and an integral part of Paragon’s growth.
