SilverDoor, the world’s leading independent corporate accommodation agency, has today launched Synergy by SilverDoor: its directly managed portfolio of premium serviced apartments, designed to deliver consistent, hospitality-led extended stays for corporate travellers, assignees and project teams.
Synergy by SilverDoor was created following the merger of SilverDoor and Synergy Global Housing in August 2025, bringing together Synergy Global Housing’s direct-lease expertise and branded portfolio with SilverDoor’s agency infrastructure and technology platform. It is led by Leslie O’Brien, Chief Product Officer and CEO Stuart Winstone.
Synergy by SilverDoor launches today with flagship properties in London, Dublin, Silicon Valley, and New York. The brand is actively expanding with targeted growth planned in major business centres across the US and Europe.
Every Synergy by SilverDoor apartment is leased and operated directly by SilverDoor. Design standards, operations, and the guest experience are maintained to a single in-house benchmark – from arrival preparation and move-in readiness to dedicated in-stay support and departure services. For travel managers and mobility teams, that means a product with transparent service standards, safety and compliance alignment.
