London, UK, May 03, 2022 — Synergy Global Housing (Synergy), a global leader in serviced accommodation program management, announced long-time hotel and serviced apartment executive, Robert Alley, joined the company as EVP International. Alley will be
based out of Synergy’s London office and report to President, Debra Christopher.

Alley began his career in hospitality at the Forte Hotels before joining Hilton Hotels, where he held such roles as Area Revenue Manager, Area Director of Sales and Marketing Director – Leisure and Events. After Hilton, Alley took on various executive sales, marketing, events,
and product roles for the InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG), glh Hotels, and Hallmark Hotels. In 2017, he transitioned to the serviced apartment sector as the Chief Operating Officer for Roomzzz Aparthotel, where he was responsible for customer experience,
operations and strategic development.

In mid-January, the company hired Singaporean-based Michelle Low as VP of Global Supply Chain and promoted the 2021 Business Travel People Award Operation Manager of the Year and recent appointee to the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Sustainability
Committee, Charlotte Winter, to General Manager, EMEA.
More recently, Synergy recruited former Managing Director for A.K.A Hotels and Hotel Residences, Karen Mills, to lead Operations for the EMEA region. Alley’s appointment is the latest in a string of critical international staff moves that position the organization to build
upon its growth in the region and better serve its multi-national client base for the foreseeable future.
