The Corporate Housing Providers Association Appoints New CEO

Indianapolis, IN, March 1, 2024  – The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Estrada, CAE, CMP as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. With more than six years of senior leadership experience with CHPA, Nick brings a wealth of expertise, leadership, and a proven track record of success to the association.

In his new role, Nick will lead CHPA’s staff partnership with the CHPA Board of Directors to achieve our strategic goals of innovation and impact for member companies. His track record of engaging members, developing programming, and streamlining operations has served CHPA well. He continues his leadership with responsibility for driving the strategic vision of CHPA, fostering collaboration among members and related organizations, and furthering the organization’s mission to promote excellence and professionalism within the corporate housing industry worldwide.

“We are excited to move forward with Nick as our new CEO,” says CHPA Chair, Jana Collier, CCHP, Managing Partner at Stay Sojo. “He has been a significant part of our growth during his time with CHPA. Being able to promote from within and leverage his in-depth knowledge of the Association will help us move forward seamlessly and confidently as we continue to serve the members and the corporate housing industry.”

Nick is replacing Mary Ann Passi, CAE after serving as the CHPA CEO for 22 years. Mary Ann helped guide the Association through growth, industry disruption, a global pandemic, and digital transformation. Nick worked closely with Mary Ann over the last six years and is ready to take on this new opportunity.

“I am thrilled to take the helm for CHPA and to continue working alongside our dedicated members, volunteers, and staff team,” says Nick. “We have incredible momentum and a clear path for our continued growth, and I look forward to guiding the Association in the years to come.”
