CHPA Launches Executive Forum for Corporate Housing Industry Leaders
CHPA recently hosted its pilot Executive Forum, bringing together corporate housing executives for candid conversations, peer learning and relationship building around the challenges and opportunities facing industry leaders.
Developed in direct response to member feedback, the Executive Forum was designed to provide owners and senior leaders with a smaller, more focused setting to exchange ideas and engage with peers who understand the complexities of leading businesses in the corporate housing industry.
“Some of the most valuable conversations we can have as leaders happen when we have the opportunity to sit down with peers who understand the decisions and challenges we face every day,” said Mitch Smith, CCHP, CHPA Board Chair and president of Home Street Serviced Apartments. “The Executive Forum created that space for leaders to speak candidly, share perspectives and build stronger relationships with one another.”
Randall Vitale, CFP, founder and CEO of Vitale Partners, facilitated the forum. Vitale advises CEOs, investors and leadership teams on growth strategy, relationship development and market expansion. His work focuses on helping organizations build meaningful connections, identify opportunities and navigate changing business environments.
Pete Zimek, CAE, founder and CEO of Novi AMS, also joined the forum to support discussions around technology and technology investment, providing perspective as attendees considered how evolving technology impacts their businesses and strategic decision-making.
The forum prioritized open dialogue and active participation, giving attendees the opportunity to discuss shared challenges, exchange perspectives and take practical insights from their peers back to their organizations.
“The Executive Forum came directly from listening to our members and understanding what they need from CHPA as their businesses and leadership responsibilities evolve,” said Nick Estrada, CAE, CMP, CEO of CHPA. “Creating an environment where executives can step away from the day-to-day and have meaningful conversations with their peers is incredibly valuable. This was a pilot, and the feedback from participants will help shape how CHPA continues creating opportunities for executive-level engagement.”
CHPA will use attendee feedback from the pilot forum to evaluate the program and explore future opportunities for executive-level programming.
