Corporate Stays Expands Furnished Apartment Offerings in Montreal and Toronto
Corporate Stays has expanded its furnished accommodation inventory in Montreal and Toronto, introducing additional suites at Le Smith, Elm Ledbury, and Motion. The apartments are now available for booking, providing more housing options for business travellers, relocating employees, and organizations managing extended assignments across Canada.
The expansion increases Corporate Stays’ capacity to accommodate individuals and corporate teams requiring fully furnished living spaces in two of Canada’s major business centres. Each building offers access to nearby employment districts, transportation, and essential amenities.
In downtown Montreal, Le Smith offers two-bedroom suites measuring approximately 809 square feet. Located in the Quartier des Spectacles near McGill University, Concordia University, and Place-des-Arts metro station, the building features an indoor pool, wellness sauna, and fitness centre. Each suite includes two queen beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-suite laundry.
Corporate Stays has also added executive one-bedroom suites at Motion, located at 570 Bay Street in Toronto. Designed for extended stays of 28 nights or longer, the apartments feature private balconies and access to a fitness centre, indoor pool, sauna, squash court, and coworking space. The location provides convenient access to nearby hospitals and universities.
All three properties offer fully furnished living areas, equipped kitchens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The expanded inventory provides organizations with additional accommodation choices based on employee needs, assignment duration, and preferred location.
