From patient housing to sustainability, Compass Cares delivers over $1.5M in savings and expands support for families in need.
Compass Furnished Apartments has released its annual Compassion Report, sharing its 2025 impact across healthcare housing, community initiatives, and sustainability through its Compass Cares program—part of the company’s ongoing Pledge 1% commitment as a member of the global movement.
In 2025, the company provided 170 stays for patients and families traveling for medical care, delivering more than $25,000 in savings. These efforts contribute to over $1.5 million in total savings provided through Compass Cares to date.

The report also highlights partnerships with organizations like Hospitality Homes, as well as ongoing sustainability initiatives embedded across Compass’ operations. The company was additionally recognized with a Community Impact Award and named to the Aires Circle of Excellence in 2025.
