Corporate Housing Providers Association Celebrates Resounding Success of Connect25
INDIANAPOLIS (March 7, 2025) – The Corporate Housing Providers Association proudly announces the overwhelming success of Connect25, its signature annual event, held February 17-19 in beautiful San Diego, California. This year’s gathering brought together corporate housing professionals from across the globe for three days of networking, learning and industry collaboration, reinforcing CHPA’s commitment to advancing the profession.
Connect25 welcomed 561 attendees from 243 member companies, showcasing the strength and unity of the corporate housing sector. The event featured dynamic sessions and learning opportunities in key areas such as sustainability, elevating guest experience, marketing for small staff companies, global impact of the industry, preparing for the unavoidable and insights into the future of the profession, equipping professionals with the tools needed to navigate the evolving landscape of corporate housing.
In a testament to CHPA’s commitment to advocacy and philanthropy, Connect25 successfully raised $7,600 for the CHPA Legislative Fund, supporting efforts to protect and advance the profession, and nearly $4,000 for the Cholangio Carcinoma Foundation, at the newly named Matthew R. Was Memorial Legislative Fund Golf Scramble.
This year, CHPA reimagined the prestigious Tower of Excellence Awards as a formal dinner, providing an elevated experience to honor outstanding achievements within the profession. The celebration recognized excellence, innovation and leadership, highlighting the remarkable contributions of corporate housing professionals.
Collaboration was a key theme at Connect25, with industry leaders and partners coming together to drive meaningful discussions and future-focused initiatives. CHPA was honored to welcome representatives from industry collaborators from the European Relocation Association (EuRA), National Apartment Association (NAA), and a board member of WERC whose insights and engagement enriched the event experience.
“Connect25 exemplified the strength, resilience and innovation of our industry at the largest gathering of corporate housing professionals,” said Nick Estrada, CAE, CMP, and CEO of CHPA. “The connections made, knowledge shared and milestones celebrated will have a lasting impact on our community.”
As CHPA looks ahead, the success of Connect25 reinforces its mission to serve as the leading resource and advocate for the corporate housing profession. We are thrilled with the outcome and look forward to building on this momentum as we head to Connect26 in Austin, Texas.
