EL DORADO HILLS, CA — Feb. 9, 2026
SuiteAmerica, a leader in global corporate housing and destination services technology, today announced the appointment of Brit Bemis as executive vice president (EVP) of business development.
“Brit is an exceptional leader whose deep industry relationships and strategic mindset are perfectly aligned with the next era of SuiteAmerica,” said James E. Masten, CEO. “Her ability to navigate complex enterprise demands while maintaining a human approach will be instrumental as we introduce our $10 million battle-tested technology infrastructure to the global market.”
In her new capacity at SuiteAmerica, Bemis will lead the company’s enterprise growth strategy, focusing on high-level accounts.
“I have spent my career seeking a universal solution that closes the gaps in service for the international business traveler and clients alike,” Bemis said. “SuiteAmerica has spent nearly a decade and $10 million building the infrastructure that solves industry fragmentation. Full stop. I’m eager to get in front of our enterprise partners and put this proven, operator-built platform in place and help drive their success.”
Bemis brings over 20 years of experience across corporate housing, relocation, and hotel sales to the role. Most recently, she served as EVP of Sales and Marketing at AvenueWest Managed Corporate Housing, a position where she was charged with national sales teams and expanding global reach. Her career also includes 16 years at Churchill Living, where she served as SVP of Sales and Relocation, and her foundational early experience with industry pioneer Oakwood Worldwide.
“Brit’s reputation for collaboration and her ‘family-first’ approach to client relationships make her a perfect cultural fit for SuiteAmerica,” said Robin Masten, president. “She possesses the unique ability to blend high-level commercial strategy with the genuine care and accountability that has defined our company for 36 years.”
Recognized for her sustained commitment to the industry, Bemis recently received the 2025 Meritorious Service Award from WERC®, the global workforce mobility association. In the past, she has served on the Global Workforce Symposium Planning Committee and Task Force, and has contributed extensively to industry knowledge-sharing as a speaker, panelist and author. Outside of her professional roles, Bemis is a dedicated volunteer and fundraiser for Girls on the Run of the Rockies.
