Orlando, FL, July 12, 2022 — Today, Coded, the new leader in corporate housing industry software, announced the completion by Synergy Global Housing of its first phase migration to its cloud-based platform – CodeOne. Synergy, at this time, is now managing over 3,000 furnished apartments in its EMEA and US markets on the CodeOne platform and seeing an estimated cost savings of approximately 25% as a result of switching property management systems.

To further support the company’s rapid growth and user adoption, Coded will host a quarterly Product Steering Committee to collaborate with their current customer base and prioritize the product enhancement roadmap. The first session is scheduled to take place in August.
