Indianapolis, Ind., July 26, 2022: The Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) is excited to announce the opening keynote speaker for the 2023 Annual Conference: Alycia Anderson. Alycia is a TEDx speaker, company founder and advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility.
Alycia shares her journey globally to help communities and companies understand the true benefits inherent to building a diverse, inclusive and accessible workplace and society. She shines light on how everyone’s diversities are core to the qualities that
make each of us uniquely qualified and able in life. Alycia’s authenticity and charisma draws others to her, and she naturally connects them to inspire, mentor, champion and support. She warmly introduces the discussion to the theory and practice of disability inclusion by sharing her story, inspiring others to achieve their fullest potential and furthering the conversation about the real bottom-line benefits inherent in a diverse and inclusive workplace and society.
Alycia began her company, The Alycia Anderson Company, LLC in January of 2017. She embraced her new path and left her job at Knock in November of 2021 to start speaking full-time as both a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Motivational Speaker as well as a Corporate Inclusion Coach and Mentor.
“We’re thrilled Alycia has agreed to be our keynote speaker for our upcoming annual conference,” said Mary Ann Passi, CEO of Corporate Housing Providers Association. “We hope that Alycia’s moving story will help shape what diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility looks like in our industry.”
This is not Alycia’s first time speaking to the corporate housing industry: she has spoken at events hosted by FPI Management, Bridge Property Management, RPM Living. Most recently, Alycia spoke at National Apartment Association’s conference in June 2022.
CHPA’s Annual Conference will take place February 20-22, 2023, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Click here to learn more about the event.
