Corporate Stays Expands Its Montreal Portfolio with C-Lofts
Corporate Stays has expanded its Montreal portfolio with over 20 fully furnished apartments at C-Lofts. The new apartments began welcoming guests in May 2026.
Located at 375 Rue de la Concorde in Montreal’s Quartier des Spectacles, C-Lofts provides convenient access to Place-des-Arts metro station, McGill University, Concordia University, and several of the city’s major business, cultural, and entertainment destinations.
The apartments accommodate business travelers, relocating employees, project teams, and guests requiring flexible extended-stay housing. Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, in-suite laundry, high-speed internet, and designated living and working areas.
Residents have access to amenities including an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, cinema room, study areas, and resident lounges. Parking is available, and select units offer pet-friendly accommodations. Corporate Stays also provides 24-hour guest support.
