Murphy’s Corporate Lodging (MCL) and Corporate Housing Associates (CHA) announced the consolidation of MCL’s business operations into CHA’s to create a unified interim housing solution that offers residential brokerage representation and property management along with a robust destination services value proposition.  The entity will operate under the name Murphy’s Corporate Housing Associates (MCHA).

MCHA will benefit from both firms’ strengths. It will have a significantly improved growth profile as the domestic and global economy recovers in 2021.

Corporate Housing Associates’ highly attractive end markets span over 20,000 cities and 100 countries around the globe.

Diane Berry, owner of Corporate Housing Associates, remarked:

“Both companies are highly complementary and synergistic.  We are pleased to capitalize on this unique business opportunity to create a more diversified firm that will expand our extensive offerings and geographic footprint to a broader clientele base.”
