Austin, Texas: In June 2023, two RESIDOLOGY executives Zoe Cummings, VP, and Siena Wimberly, Pres., were selected to join the 2023 Austin-San Antonio cohort for the SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined program. T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined is a research-based, executive-level program that combines business fundamentals with the innovative tools and competitive strategies needed to deliver immediate results. Sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), this intensive program offers education and training in entrepreneurship specifically designed for the executives of small businesses with high growth potential, as well as the opportunity to develop connections with peers and work with business experts and professional coaches.

Limited selection to the program was based on an application and interview process for each individual, and admission of two executives from the same company to a cohort is rare. The Austin-San Antonio, TX cohort has a total of 19 participants for 2023.
