2024 is off to flying start for Situ with yet another well-known face, Kristen Meglaughlin, joining the team. With over 20 years of experience in the corporate housing sector, including operations, business development, and account management, Kristen will be working with existing and new client demand across the USA and Canada to deliver Situ’s signature high level service through its unmatched variety and locations of temporary housing and extended-stay accommodation options.
Commenting on this key hire into the North American market, Situ CEO, Phil Stapleton, says, “The team and I have had the privilege of knowing Kristen for a couple of years, so when the opportunity to work together came up, there was no question that she’d be a great fit for our business. Kristen will represent Situ’s continued growth in these key markets as a hugely credible leader and trusted partner to our clients and property network alike.”
Kristen goes on to add, “I am thrilled to be joining Situ after working closely with Phil and the team over the last few years. Situ’s strong commitment to duty of care through every step of their guest’s journey embodies their motto, ‘service with heart’ — a value that aligns closely with mine. It’s an exciting time to be introducing the Situ service and experience into North America.”
Rebecca Gonzaga, Managing Director at Situ, says, “We are fortunate to have Kristen leading Situ’s operations in North America. Her contributions will be instrumental in expanding our global presence. Kristen’s appointment also marks the third notable addition to the Situ team, following Jake Seage, Account Director of Business Travel, and Suzanne Luscombe, Property Partner Growth Director. These appointments underscore our commitment to investing in the company and reinforcing our strong base.”
