Synergy Global Housing (Synergy) is excited to welcome Jessica Land as its newest Global Business Development Manager for its EMEA region. Land will be located in London and will report to VP of Sales, Claire Barrie. In her new role, she will utilise her industry experience to nurture the strategic and innovative growth of Synergy’s clients and business relations throughout the EMEA region.

“Jessica is a well-respected rising star in our sector”, said Barrie. “She brings a deep knowledge for the business travel and mobility industries, and has a passion for developing robust, consultative relationships with clients, while ensuring the guest experience is second to none”.

Land began her serviced accommodation career with BridgeStreet in 2018. During that time, she specialised in driving the strategic development of her clients’ relocation programmes across EMEA, quickly earning industry recognition being shortlisted for the Business Development Manager of the Year award at the 2020 Business Travel People’s Awards. Land also earned BridgeStreet’s coveted “Rising Star” award just six months into her tenure with the company.

“After taking some time out to start a family in early 2021, I couldn’t be happier to join Synergy and learn from Stephen (Hanton) and Claire”, said Land. “Synergy is a brand I’ve always admired for their industry leadership, innovation and customer-centric culture, and I am so excited to combine my knowledge with Synergy’s capabilities and look forward to a collaborative future”.

“We’re delighted that Jess is joining Synergy and helping Claire develop such a powerful sales presence in EMEA”, said Stephen Hanton, President, International. “We’re very proud of the team that we’ve attracted to help us grow so quickly and service our customers and we know that Jess will be enormously successful here”.

Land’s hire comes on the heels of Synergy’s four unique property partnerships across London (Synergy @STAY Camden, Synergy @Lovat Lane) and Dublin (Synergy @The Marker Residence, Synergy @Grand Canal Residence), which are part of Synergy’s dynamic and rapidly expanding multi-model inventory approach across EMEA—an approach showing traction with the region’s multi-national corporations.
