The Canadian Advisory Group’s Managing Director is directly elected by the Canadian members and serves a two-year term.

Randy Williams, Premiere Suites, Managing Director

Williams holds a long and successful career in hospitality, travel and tourism. He has more than 20 years experience as a hotel GM, GM of the Year for a national hotel company, opening GM for two properties, 10 years representing tourism/travel interests to 3 Prime Ministers, 8 years Destination Marketing and tourism development and 2 years Corporate Housing. He served as Director or Chair of over 30 different industry Boards & is a recognized expert in hospitality and tourism. His strengths are tourism advocacy and government relations; marketing; sales; board governance; leadership and change management. He believes the biggest challenges facing the industry are education/awareness and advocacy, and that an effective and consistent communication strategy is needed.

Andrew Emmans, CCHP, Corporate Housing Interiors Limited

My name is Andrew Emmans and I am president of Corporate Housing Interiors Limited (CHIL) and Silverback logistics. I co-founded CHIL in 2011 after running a few other related startups (Custom Home Interiors, Custom Commercial Interiors, Obvious Advantage Inc.) in 2005. We supply, deliver and install furniture, appliances, window coverings, housewares and electronics to various industries including Corporate Housing. My role has always been on the business development and marketing side of the business however with a passion for business in general and an entrepreneurial spirit, I tend to wear many other hats as well. I am located in Ottawa and Toronto however our companies provide products and services on a national and even international basis.
