Registration Fees

2020 Annual Conference registration fees are below. Early bird rates are available until December 19, 2019, and normal rates are available until February 7, 2020, at which time online registration will close and registrations must be completed onsite.

Registration Policies

Payment for all registrations must be received at the time of registration. 

Event Code of Conduct: CHPA events are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any event venue, including conferences, regional events, network connections, talks, workshops, social events, and online interactions. Event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers. All attendees must agree to this code when registering. Review the full Code of Conduct.

Join and Save: The Join and Save registration rate is available only to new provider members. A new provider is defined as a provider member company who has (a) never been a member of the association or (b) who has not been a member for at least two (2) full membership cycles (CHPA membership runs from July 1-June 30). Join and Save provides a single registration at $600 and then provides a 20% membership savings on the appropriate provider revenue tier. 

Cancellations and Refunds: Written requests for cancellations must be received on or before December 19, 2019, at 5 p.m. EDT to info@chpaonline.org. All charitable donations are final and are not eligible for a refund. All cancellations will incur a $100 processing fee. Please note that no refunds will be issued after December 19, 2019. If you prefer to transfer your registration to the 2021 Annual Conference instead of canceling, this can be done until January 17, 2020, at 5 p.m. EDT. 

Attendee Substitution: Current registrations may be transferred via substitution to another employee in writing through January 17, 2020, at 5 p.m. EDT. Requests for attendee substitution must be submitted to info@chpaonline.org

Associate Partner and Prospective Associate Partner Policy: Per CHPA Bylaws, all CHPA Associate Partner and/or prospective Associate Partner members may only attend the Annual Conference with the purchase of an exhibitor table. To purchase an exhibitor table, please click here
